This is a mechanical tin wind-up toy. It moves and rotates to make laps around an imaginary track. The horses bob up and down side by side to give the effect of a horse race. Collector item distributed by Schylling. Box dimensions are 8 1/2" x 4 1/8" x 3 1/4".
